Prerna leads our global post-sales teams (customer success, account management, professional services, support, training, and community) and is responsible for our overall customer experience.

Prerna has previously worked in engineering and sales in India and abroad. Prerna received her undergraduate degree from NIT Silchar and her Master’s from IIT Bombay.

Prerna is a highly motivated individual who has a demonstrated history of working in the Technology industry. When not in the office, Prerna is a triathlete and loves traveling around the country or practicing yoga

Jai Goel: Business Consultant

Jai is a thorough finance professional having worked with various departments with Grant Thornton for over 10 years in three different countries, and has given them the complete edge to become a financial growth hacker. Jai had a last corporate role as a Manager with Grant Thornton based in Gaborone, Botswana.

During his career Jai has handled various clients of ranging sizes across various industries, which has enabled him to understand the mindset of an entrepreneur and the dimension of managing businesses. As part of his career, he has been a speaker at various events, has presented various courses at institutions, spoken to young minds and entrepreneurs at various gatherings, and has focused on financial growth across his activities.

Jai is a Certified Accountant and has a master’s in business administration, with a specialty in Financial Reporting.

Gunjan has a proven track record of auditing projects for clients across various industries and geographies, leveraging her expertise in demand planning, demand sensing, inventory management, replenishment, and logistics optimization.
